THE SECOND STEP IS TO PROVIDE US WITH THE NAMES, ADDRESSES, TELEPHONE NUMBERS OR EMAIL ADDRESSES OF THREE PEOPLE WHO WILL OR WHO MAY HELP YOU. WE ALSO NEED YOUR WRITTEN PERMISSION TO CONTACT THESE INDIVIDUALS ON YOUR BEHALF.

THE THIRD STEP IS TO TELL US WHAT YOUR SPECIFIC NEEDS ARE.

WE HAVE TREMENDOUS SUCCESS IN HELPING PEOPLE IN HOPELESS SITUATIONS. WE ARE THE ONLY ORGANIZATION THAT CAN HELP PEOPLE ACROSS THE STATE OF FLORIDA, THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES AND PUERTO RICO.

Mentoring Achievement Project, Inc. is a Tampa, Florida-based not for profit corporation organized to assist men and women who are either in prison, convicted felons, homeless, abused, the elderly, sexual offenders and predators and others in need at their most desperate time in their lives. Our simple goal is to take individuals who are capable of living productive lives and giving them the tools necessary to achieve this. Our corporate name includes what we are offering: mentoring as well as the key achievement. We want individuals to move from having made bad decisions or ended up in desperate situations to success.

The Mentoring Achievement Project has already helped thousands through various organizations with the help of a network of charitable groups and individuals.

We provide services related to:

  • Mental Health/Counseling Referrals
  • Social Services Assistance

We treat each member uniquely and once we have your completed application we will work with you on a one-on-one basis. We look forward to hearing from you and answering any questions you may have.

You are giving the Mentoring Achievement Project, Inc. and its employees, volunteers and colleagues permission to communicate with your classification officer, other social services officers and the individuals you have listed as contacts.

You understand that we will NOT contact anyone on your behalf if they ask us NOT to contact them any further.

You understand there are no guarantees that we can help you or be able to offer you any services. We DO promise our most sincere efforts.

You understand and agree that Mentoring Achievement Project, Inc. is offering you a unique service which requires your complete cooperation to help you.

You understand that the Mentoring Achievement Project, Inc. is not a law firm, nor a legal referral service. We are not offering legal services or legal referrals.

You understand that if we give you a letter of warning that you are not cooperating with us and you fail to remedy the issue we bring to your attention, we will immediately cease work on assisting you.

You understand and agree that the Mentoring Achievement Project is a one (1) year program and that you will be required to work with us as your mentors during this time period.

You understand that upon acceptance into our program you will be asked to sign a Contract for Personal Services with the Mentoring Achievement Project, Inc.

You understand that upon acceptance into our program it will be your responsibility to call our office once a week to check in with our staff for a progress report.
